The house was amazing! It was very clean, and there was plenty of parking space for multiple cars. The design of the house was beautiful and well thought out. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in the Poconos! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized, and we felt at home right away. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again. I stayed here with a big group of friends for a bachelor party and we had an incredible time! The house is beautifully decorated and practically brand new. It had all the amenities we were looking for and plenty of space to fit our group of 16. We loved the wrap around deck and sauna and hot tub. The main living room and kitchen was the perfect hangout spot for everyone. The location was so peaceful and secluded as well. Carrie and JD answered all of our questions promptly and were fantastic to work with. We highly recommend the Black Lotus!!

Such a beautiful home and is exactly as described and appears in the photos. We had a group of 15 women with plenty of sleeping options. We enjoyed time in the sauna and hot tub, outings to the outlets, flea market and thrift shops. Also some of us took walks and runs through the neighborhood with views of the lake. We spent a lot of time at the house cooking, laughing, and playing games. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils. The weather was a bit wet so we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck but the indoors were so cozy and inviting. The hosts were always super responsive and we just had small questions. No major problems.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The space was well kept, thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and the photos are accurate. The hosts were responsive and made everything seamless. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Carrie and JD’s place. A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for my 41st birthday. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly easy. From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like home. The space was beautiful, and you could clearly see how much care and love went into every detail. It had every amenity you could think of, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. JD and Carrie were some of the most responsive and friendly hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with. I’m already looking forward to staying at more of their properties in the future. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

This home exceeded our expectations— the pictures truly didn’t do it justice. The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and easily accommodated all of our guests. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for a Poconos getaway, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My group loved the cabin! Beautiful view, lots of amenities and cozy vibe. Kitchen was pretty stocked with things we didn’t have to pack. Hosts were responsive and very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again!

We stayed at Carrie and JD’s place for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was perfect! There were 16 of us and we all fit very comfortably. Their place was pristine and felt like a luxury cabin. We even had snow while we were there! Carrie and JD were very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. We went glow in the dark snow tubing at Camelback ~30 mins away and had a yoga instructor come to the house one morning. It was a fabulous time. I would definitely stay here with a large group again!
