Grand 7BR Pocono Chalet | Gameroom | Walk to Lake

We had a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived. I reached out to Jonathan to get some direction. He was quick to respond, courteous and got us the assistance that we needed. Now, in any line of business things can happen. It is how people deal with it that makes all of the difference and Jonathan dealt with the problem expediently. We had a pretty large group (16 of us) and we all were quite comfortable in Jonathan's home. We were a combination of adults and children and the place was great for the mixture. There were plenty of bathrooms. The shuffleboard and Ms. PacMan Combo Machine were great hits. There were plenty of TV's (the wifi would get spotty on occasion (probably a Comcast thing)...but it was really quite good. The lake was an easy couple minute walk. If you are looking for a comfortable spot to hang out and enjoy friends and family this is a great spot.

Great communication. The house was perfect for all the kids and communal enough for the adults to relax. We needed a propane tank the next day and it was delivered to us within two hours if requesting it.

We had some trouble getting in with the lockbox but JD was very responsive. Nice large house for our group. Kitchen could have a little more silverware and such for large groups but we made it work! Comfy bed and couches. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

I had a great stay here. The home was extremely clean, very spacious, and located in a quiet, comfortable area. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made the place feel like home. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay again.

I booked JD’s place for a family weekend. We had 12 adults and 10 kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was really nice and JD was really friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely book again!

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and we absolutely loved the house, the lake and the beautiful neighborhood! We were looking for a place to just reset and relax and we found exactly what we needed in this house. The house had tons of space, soft beds, lots of fun things to do in the game room, a perfect sized kitchen, plenty of space to relax and a beautiful view of nature with a very short walk to the beautiful lake. The host himself was great, always easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be coming back!

We think the place was amazing , it housed our siblings and best friends in celebrating us getting married , we played karaoke , had amazing quality time and home cooked meals together and the 4 bathrooms are a plus no lines were at the doors ! Lol amazing communication as well! Will definitely rebook for family gatherings !

We stayed here for a golf trip and the place was conveniently located to a couple courses in the area. JD was extremely communicative, leading up to the trip and throughout the day. The one thing I would like to highlight is the fact that the house does not have AC. It was pretty hot during the three days that we stayed there, but it was manageable. I feel like the lack of AC could’ve been advertised a little bit more clearly, or mentioned throughout the booking process, considering we were staying there in the summer.
