The Pocono House | Hot Tub | Games | Lake Access

The property may not be the most luxurious place that we’ve stayed, it offered everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. If you’re looking for a good comfortable, spacious and dog friendly place to stay in the Poconos with a responsive host and all in all good value for your money - this is a solid option! The location was exactly what we needed - about 30 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge and roughly a hour an a half from Sesame Place which made it super convenient for our vacation. Knowing the dogs were safe and we weren’t far from them at all. Adam was an excellent host as well. Communication was clear and timely from the very beginning to the end of our stay and he provided plenty of helpful information about the community, the nearby restaurants and local recommendations. He was attentive without ever being intrusive… Super ideal

The Pocono house was very good! Access to a beach and pool and the clubhouse had really good food. The house was exactly as described and my son loved the game room. We brought 2 dogs with us, along with my toddler and infant and there were no issues. It was great to have a crib! There were tons of towels, the beds were comfy and the hot tub was awesome! Only things I would say is the porch lights could be brighter (it was a little dark going into the hotub at night) and there was coffee and sugar but no salt and pepper. We bought some, but it’s usually there. However that’s nothing to complain about. Adam was also extremely responsive. He checked in and always answered my questions in less than 10 min. He was a good host and I would highly recommend the Pocono house.

Our stay at the Pocono house was great!! The kids loved the game room and hot tub which was especially helpful since the weather was not the best. Everything was clean and well maintained. Adam was very responsive and proactive as a host and even had a new Keurig delivered the same day when the existing one wasn’t working. I really appreciated that there was coffee and k-cups to select from as I totally forgot to bring my own coffee! There were lots of deer around the neighborhood and even some traveling through the backyard early one morning while enjoying my coffee. We would totally stay at the pocono house again!

We had a great stay! The house is spacious and was very clean when we arrived. We loved cooking meals together, spending time in the game room, and relaxing in the hot tub and on the terrace. It was also nice to walk around the village.

Highly recommend this house. Comfortable, clean, well stocked. Host was very responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Check in/check out super easy. We stayed with 4 teenagers/young adults - they loved the game room and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, responsive host, nice hot tub. A little too many checkout instructions and carpet is not well vacuumed but everything else is clean.

We loved our stay the home was very comfy. Great beds and great hot water for showers. Our grandkids love the game room. My grandson had a man cave.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable! The place was suitable for our family and our boys had a blast. The game room was super fun and the hot tub was great even in the snow! Restaurants were a nice, short driving distance and tubing and skiing were not far either. Overall, a great experience for all!

We had a great stay! The house is very cozy and atmospheric, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Adam was an amazing host — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the nature around the house, saw deer and a fox, and really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious, well-equipped and everything was as advertised. Adam is a great and proactive communicator and very responsive as well.
